BI Analyst

Our client is a pioneer in slot games, championing innovative, immersive, and rewarding experiences. As a BI Analyst, you will own the analytics layer and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that help operators and product teams improve performance. This is a UK-based, remote role with regional flexibility, letting you work from home while staying connected with the business.

You will work hands-on to identify trends, spot anomalies early, and challenge the way we build and use data. You will partner with engineering and product teams to drive decisions and continuously improve BI tools and data models.

• Monitor performance across bets, GGR, NGR, and player activity
• Build dashboards highlighting trends, spikes, and anomalies
• Set up automated alerts for unusual behaviour and investigate issues
• Partner with engineering and product teams during incidents
• Improve BI tools, data models, and reporting structures
• Define KPIs and ensure data quality across teams
• Present clear insights to leadership and clients

• Strong experience in BI / Data Analytics
• Advanced SQL on large datasets
• Dashboarding experience (QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau or Looker)
• Solid data modelling knowledge
• iGaming / high-volume transactional experience

• Fraud / abuse analytics exposure
• Python or R
• Experience working with B2B clients
