Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Growth: Achieve and exceed annual sales targets
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities, building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
  • Cross-sell across a diverse portfolio of solutions (events, digital sponsorships, media, and content platforms)
  • Represent the company at industry events, international conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Deliver a seamless onboarding experience and maintain a high-quality customer journey
  • Understand client objectives and create tailored, value-driven commercial solutions
  • Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with internal teams (events, marketing, partnerships, content) to ensure smooth delivery of client commitments
  • Share market insights and client feedback to help shape commercial strategy and product development
  • Operate autonomously while collaborating effectively across departments
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Manage leads, pipeline activity, and forecasting through HubSpot (CRM)
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on KPIs and sales performance
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions and commercial activity
Must-Have Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or sales (ideally within iGaming, media, events, or B2B services)
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working both independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
Nice-to-Have
  • Previous experience within the iGaming industry
  • Existing industry network and relationships
  • Additional language skills
  • Experience selling event sponsorships, media, or content solutions
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
