You will join our client as a Campaign Specialist, a pivotal role in shaping CRM and lifecycle campaigns for players across platforms and markets. This remote role offers global collaboration, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

You will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns through Fast Track CRM, manage promotional communications, and deliver personalised player experiences that lift retention, engagement, and lifetime value. You will oversee campaign creative direction and ensure communications are timely, compliant, and commercially effective.

In this role, you will ensure campaigns are timely, compliant, and commercially effective, balancing creative direction with rigorous QA.

Your priorities:

  • Own Lifecycle Campaign Strategy: Develop and manage structured lifecycle journeys across acquisition, onboarding, active play, VIP, churn prevention, and reactivation.
  • Increase Player Retention & Engagement: Design targeted campaigns that raise activity, deposit frequency, and long-term value.
  • Execute Promotional Campaigns: Plan, build, and deploy bonuses, tournaments, events, and product launches.
  • Deliver Personalised Player Experiences: Use segmentation, triggers, and automation to send timely messaging through Fast Track.
  • Ensure Campaign Excellence & Compliance: Maintain QA, creative consistency, and regulatory compliance.

Your broader responsibilities:

  • Campaign coordination support: Assist in coordinating integrated marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, social, and community channels for cohesive execution.
  • Brand consistency oversight: Ensure messaging and creative outputs align with brand positioning and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
  • Promotion & launch support: Contribute to planning and execution of promotions, tournaments, VIP events, or product launches, ensuring assets are delivered on time and aligned with objectives.
  • Merchandise: Organise the supply and distribution of merchandise to players, team members, and other stakeholders.

You will work with a collaborative, inclusive team, with opportunities to grow in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and events. We support flexible hours and remote collaboration across time zones, with regular feedback and a clear path for development.

This role does not support relocation.
