Community Manager

Are you excited by communities and conversations? Our client is a content-driven events, media, and publishing company delivering news and insights to investors and iGaming professionals. They are seeking a Community Manager to join the team on a remote basis from +/- 2 hours CET time zone with periodic travel for events. As the voice of the brand online and at live events, you will help readers connect with relevant content, partners, and opportunities. Relocation: Local only. This role does not support relocation.

In this role you will build, grow and nurture a vibrant community across forums, social channels, newsletters and live events. You will translate conversations into meaningful engagement, inform content ideas, and create opportunities for collaboration.

• You will build and nurture online communities across forums, social channels, newsletters, and live events, turning conversations into meaningful engagement.
• You will plan and run community campaigns that align with Marketing, CRM, Events, PR, and Affiliates, helping to grow audience and loyalty.
• You will manage CRM segments and analyse engagement data, tailoring content to each group to increase participation and value for readers and partners.
• You will moderate discussions, respond to feedback promptly, and maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive community atmosphere.
• You will collaborate with marketing, events, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximum impact at events and in content.
• Requirements: You have 3+ years in community management or related roles, strong written and verbal communication, experience with CRM tools, email marketing, and analytics, and you are comfortable with a hybrid work pattern from Malta.
