CTO

You are invited to join our client as their Chief Technology Officer, a strategic leadership role in the iGaming and casino sector.

You will shape technology strategy, mentor engineering teams, and build scalable, compliant systems that power trusted player experiences. This is a fully remote role with global teams.

Your focus is to set direction, accelerate delivery, and ensure governance keeps pace with growth and regulation.

You’ll partner with product, security, and operations to align architecture with business goals, and you’ll advocate for engineering ownership and excellence across the organisation.

• Experience: 10+ years of experience across software engineering, technical architecture, or technology leadership, ideally within iGaming or another highly regulated technology environment where reliability, accuracy, and structured release processes are critical.
• Technical & leadership background: Strong hands-on experience with backend engineering and production systems, combined with a proven progression into senior technical or engineering leadership roles.
• Technology strategy: Experience defining and implementing technology direction, architecture, and engineering roadmaps, with a focus on scalability, ownership, development processes, and reliable delivery.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across engineering, DevOps, operations, and other technical functions, bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to complex environments.
• Regulated environments: Solid understanding of working within regulated technology environments, with experience ensuring software is reliable, traceable, auditable, and aligned with relevant compliance requirements.

In this role, you’ll join a high‑impact team, collaborate with global colleagues, and steer initiatives that touch product strategy, platform reliability, and operational governance.
