Danish CRM Manager
Our client, a leading international operator in the fast-growing iGaming market, is looking for a Danish-speaking CRM Manager to own the Danish market CRM. In this remote (regional) role you will lead a small CRM team and drive campaigns across Casino, Live Casino, and Sports, shaping engagement, retention, and loyalty. You will work closely with the VIP Manager, Senior CRM Manager, and Country Manager to plan day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives that align with the company’s vision.
- Lead, mentor, and support the CRM team of two Executives.
- Plan and deliver engaging, data-driven campaigns and offers across Casino, Live Casino, and Sports.
- Collaborate with VIP Manager, Senior CRM Manager, and Country Manager to ensure day-to-day operations align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Manage and coordinate CRM-related projects with the wider CRM team.
- Analyse performance data and continuously optimise customer communications.
- Fluently Danish; proven CRM experience, ideally in online gaming; knowledge of bonus types and lifecycle across sportsbook and casino; strong analytical mindset; creative, proactive, and able to translate data insights into practical strategies.
