Digital Marketing Specialist

You will join our client as a Digital Marketing Specialist, working with a driven Head of Marketing to craft data-driven campaigns that attract players, keep them engaged, and drive revenue in the evolving games space. Our client is a rising leader in responsible gaming across platforms and markets, and this remote role welcomes talent from anywhere in the world.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with CRM, product, design, events, PR and affiliates teams to deliver cohesive campaigns every day. You bring experience across Marketing, CRM, Events, PR and Affiliates.

Your priorities include turning strategy into action, optimizing the marketing funnel, and using data to improve outcomes.

• Execute Marketing Strategy: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns aligned with brand and go-to-market plans.
• Support Retention Growth: Build retargeting and reactivation programs to boost customer lifetime value.
• Improve Conversions: Assess traffic, landing pages, and funnels to lift conversion rates.
• Improve Funnel Performance: Analyze the player journey from landing page to registration and deposit to increase conversions.
• Enhance Website & App Experience: Manage on-site content, promotions, and digital merchandising for better engagement.

Broader responsibilities include coordinating integrated campaigns across digital, CRM, social, and community channels; ensuring brand consistency; supporting promotions, launches and events; and handling merchandise for players, team members, and stakeholders.
