Executive Assistant
Based in Malta, our client, a dynamic games studio founded by experienced professionals, seeks a highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Founder directly. This on-site role blends high-level administration with personal and household coordination, demanding discretion, flexibility, and a proactive mindset. You will manage priorities, keep calendars tight, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for business and home matters. Please note this role is local only and does not support relocation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools
- Valid driving licence
- Right to live and work in the EU
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Founder, including calendar management, correspondence, and document preparation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Act as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and prioritisation of tasks
- Oversee and coordinate household operations, ensuring organisation and day-to-day functioning
- Liaise with household staff and external service providers to maintain high standards
- Provide support on personal matters when required, handling tasks with discretion
- Maintain accurate records and assist with organisational tasks as needed
- Support confidential projects and handle ad hoc requests
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving
