Group CEO
Our client, a well-established iGaming business, is entering an exciting growth phase and seeks a Group CEO to lead the next chapter. This Malta-based role offers remote work on a regional basis, though relocation is not available. There is one vacancy for this pivotal position.
You will be the hands-on leader who shapes strategy, drives performance, and partners with shareholders to unlock growth opportunities across markets. You will balance commercial momentum with regulatory requirements, steering a fast-moving, scale-up business toward sustainable profitability.
You’ll be doing
- Leading the overall direction and performance of the business
- Driving growth across different markets and brands
- Managing and mentoring senior team members
- Identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Ensuring the business runs efficiently, compliantly, and profitably
- Acting as the main point of contact for key stakeholders

- Senior leadership experience within iGaming
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on growth
- Experience operating in regulated environments
