Head of Acquisitions

Join our client, a fast‑growing crypto‑native online casino, as Head of Acquisitions. You will shape the global player acquisition strategy, scale qualified traffic, and build a diversified mix of high‑performing channels in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial crypto environment.

This is a senior leadership role with global reach. You can work remotely from anywhere globally, but relocation is not offered. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Events, PR and Affiliate teams to turn traffic into sustainable growth.

In this role you’ll turn data and partnerships into measurable revenue, shaping our client’s growth trajectory across emerging markets and platforms.

• Key responsibilities
• Own the global player acquisition strategy across all channels.
• Build and scale an acquisition engine capable of rapidly increasing qualified player traffic.
• Identify new traffic sources, platforms, geographies and audiences ahead of competitors.
• Own acquisition economics and KPIs including CAC/CPA, FTDs, conversion, player value, payback periods, and ROI.
• Build and scale the affiliate programme, including partner recruitment, commercial terms and performance.
• Develop a strong network of affiliates, streamers, influencers, media partners and content creators.
• Negotiate high‑value commercial partnerships and optimise partner performance.
• Build a diversified acquisition mix that reduces dependency on individual channels or partners.
• Manage acquisition budgets and ensure growth translates into profitable revenue.
• Oversee affiliate creatives, promotions, commission structures, payments and incentives.
• Implement processes around compliance, monitoring and fraud prevention.

• What we’re looking for
• Strong senior‑level acquisition and growth experience within iGaming, ideally from a crypto‑native casino.
• Proven experience scaling player acquisition and delivering measurable revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing and other performance‑driven acquisition channels.
• Established network across affiliates, streamers, influencers and other relevant traffic partners.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of player acquisition economics.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial crypto environment.
