In this role with our client, you will shape and execute digital marketing for their iGaming brands. Based on-site in Gibraltar, you will build the digital acquisition engine across paid search, programmatic, and SEO, guiding campaigns that raise brand awareness, engage players, and deliver measurable results.   • Lead budget and channel management across paid search, display, programmatic, and SEO; monitor day‑to‑day performance; drive ROI against KPIs.
  • Drive traffic growth in priority geos, ensuring tactics align with commercial goals.
  • Strategise, plan, and optimise multi-channel campaigns; test, refine, and scale results.
  • Analyse campaign data; translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve performance.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance onsite user experience and journey performance; support cross-functional initiatives.
  • 5+ years in a senior iGaming acquisition role, with hands-on sportsbook and casino experience in regulated and offshore markets.
  • Proven track record of delivering and exceeding acquisition targets; experience managing multi-brand or multi-geo strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative range; able to set the vision and tune keywords, creatives, and funnels.
  • Organised, fast-moving, and impact-driven; capable of juggling multiple projects while maintaining quality.
  • Analytical and insight-led; comfortable with data platforms and turning insights into decisions.
  • Strong communicator; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Eligibility: Fluent English; right to work in Gibraltar; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
