Head of Operations - Collectables

Our client is the ultimate online crypto casino, built by experienced players who know what real gamblers want. We are seeking a Head of Operations to own and scale operations across our fast-growing platform. You will lead the operations function with clear strategy and hands-on leadership, shaping processes, teams, and partnerships that keep players safe, engaged, and rewarded. This role is remote, global, and suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves solving practical problems.

• 7+ years of experience at Director, Head of, VP, or C-level operations in sweepstakes, casino, sports betting, fintech, or ecommerce.
• Proven ability to build and execute an operations roadmap, including hiring plans, process design, service-level agreements, and performance metrics.
• Deep experience with insurance, shipping, logistics, risk controls, and vendor management.
• Manage customer operations, support, and initiatives that improve retention and satisfaction.
• Lead regulatory and compliance efforts, KYC/AML, data privacy, and operational controls.
• Build and scale high-performing teams; hire, coach, and retain talent with a culture of accountability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technology, finance, security, and legal; translate business goals into practical operational plans.
• Data-driven decision making; comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and balancing speed, quality, and risk.
