Head of Talent
Join our client, a global digital‑experience group operating across gaming, sport and entertainment, as Head of Talent. This role is based in London, and you will lead a high‑performing Talent Acquisition function that can attract top talent quickly and with precision. You will partner with senior leaders to shape a TA strategy aligned to growth, build scalable processes, and elevate the candidate experience as the business expands across markets.
- You will energise and lead the internal TA team with a high‑tempo, high‑performance approach, modelling best practice and hiring with pace and care.
- You will deliver 25+ high‑quality hires per season, and personally own 4+ mission‑critical hires per season with urgency and precision.
- You will partner with the leadership team to shape a TA strategy aligned to growth priorities and market reality.
- You will build and optimise end‑to‑end TA operations to improve speed, visibility, and decision quality; enable managers to hire well.
- You will raise selection standards through data‑driven assessment, structured hiring, and consistent decision making.
- You will review and optimise external search partners, improving terms while maintaining quality.
- You will use technology and proactive market mapping to continually source and pipeline top talent.
- You will attract, assess, and close senior leaders, balancing business impact with cultural fit.
- You will bring differentiators such as proven, game‑changing hires using data‑driven techniques, cultural astuteness, and strong project management; experience in complex global organisations is valued, with iGaming experience helpful but not essential.
