Risk Analytics Director

You will join our client, a global tech-enabled consulting firm that focuses on Accounting & Reporting, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Sustainability & Climate, and Tech Consulting. In this leadership role, you will drive large-scale Risk Transformations and Internal Audit modernization through analytics-driven solutions for global clients, with a clear path toward partnership. There is one vacancy.

You will shape the vision for Risk Analytics and Internal Audit transformation, act as a trusted adviser to CXOs and senior stakeholders, and help grow the practice with new solutions and talent strategy. You will lead the design and deployment of continuous auditing and risk analytics platforms, promote analytics across the Three Lines of Defence, and oversee multi-geography engagements across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Capex and Record-to-Report. You will engage with clients at the executive level to ensure high-quality delivery and long-term relationships, and you will support go-to-market initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Based in India with hybrid working, relocation is local only, which means this role does not support relocation beyond the local area.

Your background should include strong Data Analytics, Risk Transformation, and Consulting-led delivery. You should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent, with a degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field, and at least 10 years of progressive experience in Risk Consulting, Internal Audit, and Data Analytics with a Big 4 / Reputed Global Consulting firm.  Experience in Metals & Mining (steel sector) and in Digital Risk & Assurance solutions is preferred. Your specialisms may include Business Analyst, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Business Intelligence.

• Lead large-scale risk analytics programs; oversee end-to-end transformations across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Capex, and Record-to-Report.
• Drive adoption of analytics across the Three Lines of Defence; manage multi-geography engagements.
• Engage CXOs and audit committees; ensure value delivery and long-term client relationships; contribute to go-to-market strategy and solution development.
• Partner with leadership to grow the practice and shape talent strategy.
