Social Media Manager

You will join our client, a venture-building tech holding company rooted in esports and gaming, to lead social media and community growth for a social casino and sweepstakes audience.

This hybrid role sits in Belgrade with relocation assistance for you if you need it, and you should be prepared to relocate.

You bring 3–5 years in social media management, a guerrilla marketing mindset, and a strong command of English. You’ll own the voice across Meta, X, TikTok, and YouTube, engage daily with comments and messages, monitor trends, and grow communities on Reddit, Telegram, forums, and Facebook groups.

Your work helps shape campaigns from start to finish. You’ll coordinate influencer outreach, brief designers, and report KPIs (reach, engagement, sentiment) while keeping tone consistent and compliant. You’ll also test and refine messaging through bonus promotions and timely tone adjustments to fit niche communities.

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Social Media Manager in relevant fields.
• Strong platform knowledge and algorithm understanding across Meta, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Niche community comfort with Reddit and Discord, plus guerrilla-style seeding.
• Influencer outreach and end-to-end campaign management experience.
• Excellent English and ability to maintain a consistent, compliant tone.
• Basic analytics fluency to report on reach, engagement, and sentiment.
• European citizenship is required.
• Willingness to relocate to Belgrade with relocation assistance.
