Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join a growing international marketing company focused on the iGaming market. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in Latin America.

The successful candidate must currently hold, or have recently held, the title of Social Media Manager or Social Media Executive within the iGaming industry. You will be responsible for managing the company’s presence across X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, creating engaging content and supporting the continued growth of its online communities.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the company’s social media presence across X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
* Develop and maintain an organised social media content calendar
* Create, schedule, publish, and monitor platform-specific content
* Write clear and engaging social media copy in English
* Coordinate creative assets with design, marketing, and content teams
* Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social channels
* Monitor comments, messages, trends, and community activity
* Identify relevant trends and opportunities within iGaming and digital entertainment
* Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports
* Use performance data to optimise content, engagement, and audience growth
* Support social media campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
* Ensure all content follows internal brand, compliance, and responsible gaming guidelines

Requirements

* 2–3 years of professional experience specifically managing social media
* Current or previous title as Social Media Manager or Social Media Executive
* Professional experience working within the iGaming industry
* Hands-on experience managing X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Strong social media copywriting and communication skills
* Experience planning content calendars and coordinating creative assets
* Good understanding of social media metrics, reporting, and performance optimisation
* Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
* Based anywhere in Latin America
