UX/UI Lead Designer

Our client delivers a holistic suite of services, from digital marketing to tailored tech development. We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Team Lead to take ownership of visual quality, design systems, and team structure within a fast-paced product environment in Cyprus. You will lead a small but growing design team, shaping a modern, colourful, playful design language while thinking in systems, scalability, and structure. Your portfolio will be the first impression, so we are looking for a strong, visually tasteful collection that demonstrates real product work, not just marketing pages. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to translate business goals into usable interfaces.

What you’ll do

• You will lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, raising the overall design bar.
• You will define and maintain a modern, colourful, playful design language across products.
• You will build and own a well-structured design system / UI kit in Figma.
• You will keep Figma files and components organised, documented, and easy to follow for designers and developers.
• You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to translate business goals into clear, usable interfaces.
• You will make confident, timely design decisions and ensure high-quality delivery.

What we’re looking for

• You have proven experience as a Lead UX/UI Designer or similar, leading a team of around 4–5 designers.
• You possess a strong portfolio showing modern, bright, playful UI and real product work, not just marketing sites.
• You have demonstrable experience creating and maintaining a design system / UI kit in Figma.
• You are highly organised and structured, with a strong eye for detail and consistency.
• You are a clear, confident communicator who can explain decisions to both designers and non-designers.
• Nice to have: experience in iGaming, gaming or other highly visual, design-led digital products; experience in larger, structured organisations.
• Location and relocation: This is an onsite role in Cyprus with relocation required. The client will consider offering visa support if you need to relocate.
