VIP Account Manager

We are hiring for a VIP Account Manager in a remote, global team. You will manage high-value crypto casino players, build trust, and drive loyalty. 

• Responsibilities: You will manage VIP accounts for high-value crypto casino players, building trust and delivering personalised service.
• You coordinate bonuses and promotions to suit each player's preferences, ensuring clear communication and fair play.
• You monitor player behaviour and activity to protect retention, engagement, and responsible gaming, escalating issues as needed.
• You identify opportunities to deepen relationships, upsell offers, and improve overall gaming experience, in line with regulatory requirements.
• You bring 2+ years in VIP or account management in a crypto casino environment.
• You have strong communication, data literacy, and relationship-building skills, plus fluency in English and comfort with crypto customers.
• You work well remotely, manage multiple accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
